Scheibert & Associates was founded in Cape Town in November 1998 by Hans-Peter Scheibert and provides professional and comprehensive services in most spheres of law, including international and local tax and estate planning, company and property law, insolvency law, insurance law and general litigation as well as all areas of law affecting the corporate and individual client with interests in South Africa.

The young team of multi-lingual professionals is dedicated to the highest standards of client care and quality of service. The firm makes use of the latest computer and IT technology in order to ensure that clients benefit from access to South African and international law libraries and websites for purposes of research.

Our Cape Town offices are situated in the CBD and clients may park in our in-house parking bays by prior arrangement. We are within walking distance from the High Court, Magistrate’s Court, Deeds Office, Receiver of Revenue, advocates’ chambers, and the local head offices of banks.
